Ok so cool we are publishing after Friday the 13th in which there was a super full moon ( which the last full moon on a Friday
the 13th was 14 years ago),and then flag date ,then Fathers day and today Moon's day as it use to be known in Old Saxon!
Pretty cool Tinker(bell) thinks cause the PT-16 was developed by and built by the company Ryan airlines that built the plane
Charles Lindberg flew the Atlantic in in 1927 ( the same year that that book about a nuclear powered spaceship was copyrighted
in 1927 that I found in Seattle in the mid 1980's after Debbie my girlfriend wife kicked me out of the house while in aviation
school and in 1927 in Moscow was the worlds spaceship exposition we found out just recently!
T. Claude Ryan the founder of the Ryan aeronautical company Built the first Ryan ST( Sports Trainer) this was his fourth
company the first was Ryan airlines they exported many of these little monoplane open cockpit types and fitted machine guns
on some of them to several country's before the U.S. entered the war,(WW2) (1941) first flight was 8 June 1934 and over 315
were built before the U.S. entered the war and 1253 after 1941 re-engined and re-designated the PT-16 and PT-22 Tinker(bell)
will have to look up what happened to the Ryan Aeronautical Company! Tomorrow June 17th we have the Stearman (Boeing) Stearman
became a subsidiary of Boeing in 1934 and they built over 10,000 of these aircraft at $11,000 dollars per unit! And
we have a modern aircraft Called the C-17 which tinker has not written much about but we are starting to talk a little
bit about modern or new aircraft so we decided to mention this one! and Tuesday choose day the 17th we also have the Boeing
B-17 bomber!
