Ok so cool we are publishing and today the 3rd of July 2014 Year of the Horse the aircraft

to the PV-2 Neptune Patrol bomber which had both jet and Piston engines the P-3 was designed from the L-188 Lockheed Electra
airliner and first flew in November 1959 it entered service in August 1962 and over 757 have been built at a cost of 36 million
dollars(1987)! The P-3 top speed is over 400mph and was the first aircraft fitted with the first digital computers many different
version's have been produced with variation's in its packages of it's electronics! Produced from 1961 to 1990 some P-3's
are being refurbished for still more operations and is slated to be replaced by the P-8 Boeing anti-submarine Poseidon

built at a cost of $202 million to $273 million dollars each!
For the fourth of July 2014 we have several airplane templates and that is the Curtiss J4N Jenny
which was a world war one trainer and the Grumman F4F Wildcat which was an early WW2 carrier fighterplane and another navy
fighter the F4U Chance Vaught Corsair which was a later navy and Marine fighterplane that had gull wings and a powerful radial
engine in it and was produced in WW2 and during the Korean war and was the longest production run of any piston engine aircraft
being built up until 1953!
Interestingly also is the JN4 Jenny was Charles Lindberg's first airplane! also it has been
said that just before WW2 started that Roosevelt cornered Lindberg and asked him information on the best airplane avialable
in america Lindberg who was thought to be a devout Isolationist and against the war in Europe and america's participation
in it told Roosevelt that the Boeing Company was working on a four engine aircraft which we know now was the Boeing B-17
flying fortress! Little did Lindberg know at the time he would be in a Flying Fortress over Berlin in 1944!
The JN-4 Jenny was built in large number's in WW1 and was designed by Benjamin D. Thomas they built 6813 of them for
$5,465 and they were built by the Curtis Aero-plane Company of Hammondsport NY later the Curtis Aero-plane and Motor Company!
The Grumman F4F Wildcat was a WW2 carrier based fighter plane and first flew on 2 September 1937 over 7885 were built
but we do not have a price! It was introduced in December 1940!
The Grumman F4U Corsair
was intended to be a big single engine carrier fighter but most were used in its land based units it was produced from 1942-53
and first flew on 29 May 1940 over 12,571 were built but again we do not have a price per unit cost!
