      Ok so we have been watching the TV about this scandal that technicly is discribed as a 17 billion dollar scam leveraged to 50 billion dollars and Madoff Bernie was taken to court and got out after going to jail immediately by a NY Judge that the business news is reporting as probably a New York nut  case has something to do with Tinkerbell thinks an Act of congress called the Crimminal Foreign services Act of 1977 or somthing like that.(Ok so here is an insert the date January 17th 2009 and here we find out that there were other guys  in the news on pozi and pyriamed schemes some of them on American greed the cnbc show with florida addresses and some about airships and others related to the Maidoff scandal there was a case about companies doing business with iran and some kind of fine that the New York area got money in that district from the ruling so alot is what you think about whats going on in New York city since it was a U.S.goverment case against American companies duing business with Iran.)  The SEC and the Justice Department (SEC means Securities and EXchange Commission), it was reported in the new has been wittled or hollowed out by these previous administrations and are very much in a crisis mode.      Ok so this was a big scam and there is a thing about it there was a case about fraud and ponzi investment scheme's and in this case was the ruling,in the past, that if one guy took money or made money in the affair with money changing hands(Madoff was dealing up to three weeks ago it was reported),That any money made during the crimminal operation had to be paid back! So If you go to absolute lengths to protect your identity or bank accounts and credit cards in a scam that made this big of a amount and the guys history.There could be a real problem.We are picking up several bits and pieces of information and as we told you there is not just this country but other countries involved in both this Madoff scam and the car company bail out.In the car company information some type of deal is in process all based on a March 1st or thitry-first time frame to become solvent he doesn't know if this means a car zar or if bankruptcy plans are in the making but there is the problem of getting the proper numbers and accounting statistics to the goverment.If your a public company by law you have to turn over the books to the goverment if they want to see them,its not been reported that GM has done this yet even though its a public company.Chrysler is owned by Serbious a private equity firm named after the Dog that guards Hell in acient mythology and they do not have to turn over there books by law and the situation returns again the the position and health of the goverment and the credit instatutions Tinkerbell thinks .And thats what they showed on TV was Obama as a young man smoking a hand roled cigarette right on TV wearing a phadora hat.

     In the Illinois govenor and Obamas senate seat buying scandal some people are taking the side of the govenor that the seat mite go to a Rupublicain since Jessie Jaskons family own a beer distributorship in the Chicago area and he was wearing the wire.You kind of have to know something about Chicago politics is that it is home of the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Merchatile Exchange and theres been changes and mergers and the economic delima.and this prosecutor who initiated the charges against the govenor is described as a rogue prosecutor so you kinda have to realise that there was quite a powerplay at the make of this scandal.Right out of the blue comes Caroline Kennedy of Americas royal family that is in the make for the NY senate seat vacated by Hillary Clinton so I guess thats what they mean by "change You can count on".

      Caroline Kennedy does not want to turn in the financial statement required by law for the seat in the senate representing New York supposidly being vacated by Clinton.And back to the Madoff case a French investor into the Madoff Ponzi scheme was found dead, his share of a fortune lost was suppose to be 1 and a half billion dollars.Madoff was suppose to of owned his own clearing firm was head of NASDAQ at one time had a small accountant facility in up state New York and was on the 17th floor of famious lip stick building in NYC.That is known of the affair it is thought that he commited fraud by convayance which sort of means he operated a scam sort of like if your front door bell rings and the cable man is there and someone goes through your back door and steals the food out of your refregerator.Madoff was in the world of funds of funds which supported charities and the like and reported unbelieveable returns when in the style of his trading should of represented what the stock market was doing.There are six funds of funds listed and Bernie Madoff was in two of them.Due dilligence companies have been charged with scrutinizing too closely other funds that Madoff  was not in but for fraud of convayance you only have to be in two of them.And Madoff was in two funds.(Christmas December 25th 2008).

     Well there has been talk about Depression not just recession on the business news first with this new transition of a new democratic administration the television reported that in the 1930's and early 40's with the Rosevelt,"New Deal",after all the goverment work projects and economic programs at the end of the 1930's and early 40's the Americian economy was still knee deep in the depression.Hoover who was lambasted for his conservative veiws on what the goverment had to do was written by some as being a scapgoat for the problems in the U.S. economic situation.In December 1941 Pearl Harbor happened and as my father said we were young and felt like we wanted to fight and win the war.Many things happened people were drafted off the farms and had to be replaced with migrant workers from Mexico,women were given jobs in defence plants and replacing the men that went off to war.Cars were stopped being manufactured and the plants were replaced with manufacuring tanks and guns and airplanes.Men were diying and going to die and be captured before the war luckily came to a resolution after the doomsday atomic weapons were used and the lack of petro chemicals despite the invention of jet planes and rockets of the new space age the axis powers were denied there right to rule.

       Today this year 2008-2009 its thought that perhaps Obama's administration is in the same boat what can be described as Nationalization of sectors in the economy are what experts say has to happen what ever the outcome to save the or whats left of the capitalistic infacstructure.Hopefully we can turn away from the war storms that are on our horizon and think more toward a positive and peacful future.

        Bankruptcies and law suits can take years in these schemes and this Madoff scandal is just beginning to surface.This makes it difficult for start up businesses and the like to put their ideas in the making of reality any money any money at all in a depression is important.And to ascertain was position in a liquid reality to make sound business decisions for the future are truly happered.

      Ok so Tinkerbell thought that he give an update on Bernie Madoff 50 billion dollar pozi scheme and a little bit of history.From what Tinkerbell can understand there was a famious guy named Pozi when our grand parents were young.this guy's name became a noun of sorts in the business investment crimminal world since his 15minutes of fame.And there have been alot of schemes hatched and in trouble with the law scince those old days.During the depression there was the invention of social security for older and disabled people in America cr.1934 and just revised and updated from time to time. Just like the great costs associated with these goverment social medical progams as much as there is a detrament to be aginst them there has been great sucesses in medicene and social  employment of benefits for alot of people and improvements in care and payments.Just like electrifacation of rual America or the improvements in Malaria medical understanding from building the Panama canal big things can be very important for the future of social connections and international relations.Whats associated with the type of goverment or goverment entitys has alot to do with the operating proceduers sometimes refered to as a charter.there even a bank called the charter bank and banks have charters (Tinkerbell thinks).Knowing this and the development from peace to war or goverments that are not relitive so to speak are much a topic of discusion at many tables and very often on the TV.How a goverment Tinkerbell thinks keeps it away from being irrelavent especialy when there is great need for goverment at least on one level is to be somewhat finacialy solvent in order to properly operate.And usualy it levees taxes or fees or mandates tarriffs associated with the trade sector of the economy and one economy can be based on another economy.Its been aluted to that this Bernie Madoff may have off shore accounts and that he is hiding money for some variable of his defence and future the amounts to be a fraud are staggering and they said he's been in the financial business for 40 years.People heard and saw his fictictious numbers and in most cases it was too good to be true.And in those cases where people actualy got money there is a,"Claw back rule".That requires that they give the money back.This is really something cause Tinkerbells spaceship design is being complicated by hitherto measures of how bad someones ponzi scheme worked.So you can kind of see that there is much to think about and why Tinkerbell has alot of words in his Website.One thing is tinkerbell heard on the public radio station that ATT was is a debate about the lack of competiveness in the cable telephone market he thought that he would take advantage of  cheaper phone rates but had trouble getting the new phone service that was advertised on the TV Att said that they tryied to change the phone service but it wouldn't change and then we heard on the radio report that AARP has suied ATT over phone service now Tinkerbell has only a local service call and lots of bills are comming in the mail for phone service I don't have.

     Ok so now lets dicuss something about banks and this goverment money and the infacstructure and the story about  the TARP they call it here in America.First Tinkerbell only has a fixed income and he is kinda insolated from actualy delving in the big cash story like some people come into as we hear about,so his little spaceship company even though it is a big spaceship idea depends very much on a little money that comes in and it cost money to stay legal as he was talking to one genteman crazy things as some people accuse you of being crazy that you find out can happen he has no time for when the pennies are tantric and the everything you worked for is on the line.You find very easily that you have very little time for crazy stufff even though you mite have some fun and you haven't been funny or had some fun in a long time.

     From what Tinkerbell can understand as he talks to the bank or banks that he deals with banks and listen to the business news and trying to get money for his spaceship company Banks don't loan money on capital they loan money on deposits and this depends very much on the secondary markets they call them right at the moment with this Bernie Madoff scandal and other scandals happening Tinkerbell went to talk to a receptionist at a securites lawyers office to try and make contact to try and find out how much the next step is in his development plan.Its here where you do things on your own and the situation is brutal if you make a mistake you better know it.January 14th 2009.

         Ok so the inaguration festivities are happening and whats happening with the FBI in disguise we think is the there been a disconcerning attitude about the calander of events so close to the disposistive relaion of and with the goverment and its operstion at the moment.First way down here in south florida where tinkerbell can get by with a property of NASA T-shirt and a short sleeve shirt an blue jeans we are watching reporting information on the television a bomb threat was reported in the New Jersey turnpike and a hedge funds manager is reported to be voluntarily missing in the sarastoa related stolen asset case involving the funds called Scoop, Valahalla, and Victory funds. Several hundred million dollars is missing and the missing person is a guy named Nadel. The charities related to is tha sarasota ballet which there were others but the money had to go to the fund. Another case is the case where a financial services guy flew an airplane and tried to fake a suicide from the Indiana area to Florida.Yahoo news site reported buy beware at purchses from the elcetronic retailer Circuit City that had 567 stores in liquidation and tinkerbell is trying to understand IPO timeing. in this nationalisation of banks The Anglo Irish Bank has turned up a dead man and there is chaos in Ireland.Tinkerbell is also trying to understand what a weak franchise is and what that means with so close  to this Madoff scandal and the show marjauana Incorporated which is suppose to be on cnbc the 22 of January 2009.

       Ok so like you Tinkerbell likes to sit at home on a cold day or night and see whats on TV last night they talked about Scrusy a guy associated with the Health

South scandal and securities fraud case this was and unbelivable situation as tinkerbell thought he'd run over some of the stuff he got off the TV although fairly recently from the eighties to the 2000's.Health South and Tinkerbell was familer with them cause there was one in this town.Specialized in phisical theropy and out patient surgery because the people that were into the idea felt that the hospitals charged too much money and they started a venture to franchise the intrum health care industry.Being sucessful in their first beginnings they wanted to go public a thing where you can become listed on the New York stock exchange Heath South needed to get money to do this and when they came to Wall Street they talked to the wall streeters and they told then that to get more investers to come to their stock why don't they capitalize  or enter into capitalization of their corporat accounting Scrucy saw how this was done and the early people associated with the company said that it was a turning point in how everybody and especialy Scrucy !

       To get back to  the Health South story by the 2000's they were commiting Securities fraud behind close doors with a group of accountants known as the Family that would think up ways to cook the books.Scrucy had a big house in the Birmingham Alabama are know as the,"Worlds largest "La Quita Inn".Scrucy is said to of had his own private airforce of airplanes and  sold the stock in his company for $100 million dollars and didn't go to jail.

     Ok so now also as we are trying to determine our position in a very liquid economy as some people refer to the situation as the Oregon State Police are sending out letters to all home owners that if you get foreclosed on expect scammers!

     As of February 5th 2009 it was reported that a Madoff's victim list was published with over 3500 names on it. Its been also aluded to in the press that Madoff had business  partners that were South Americain drug trafficers and Russian mobsters.

     From what we can gather Obama went on his first flight to a democratic retreat on Air force one and all week end he's been pushing his stimulus bill which is also reported to be full of Pet projects and not really geared to bringing jobs to the thousands of american's that need them several state's have no money left to pay unemployment insurance and when there's talk about these shovel ready projects there seems to be some disagreement in Wash D.C. about it.

     There have been several reports that the Taliban is just getting richer growing opium and the war in Afganistan is not particularly going well. 

     Tom Daschle was put up for the cabinet post of Health and Human Services in the Obama adminstration, almost the largest department in the entire goverment but declined the post after preliminary investagations showed he did not pay almost several hundred thousand dollars in income tax on the reported use of a car and driver.Daschle who was in the airforce in 1969 while he was a elected official his wife was a full time consultant to the Boeing company.In a early campaign Ad he is seen driving to the capital building in his old 1971 car and saying to the effect that he was a differant sort of elected official.Fox news reported he should of probably kept the car.

      News of the contract that mite be as much as $100 billion dollars for the Defence Department and Air Force for new air tankers Tinkerbell has not heard much as the two competiters are Airbus and Boeing the competition was called off as the Boeing company at first, lost, to Airbus. Boeing's management complained to the goverment and the bidding was to start all over again the first part of the year 2009 the process has been going on for almost if not a decade.Northrop is affiliated with the Airbus project and as the winner became known before bidding was called off last year Northrop Airbus's business plan was to build a giant new factory in Alabama.During the election there were reports with troubled congressional districts and trouble with voting registration in Alabama.

     Ok!,so in the Madoff case we understand that a guy with some sort of previous experiance with the special forces went before a hearing on capital hill and lambasted the SEC in that this guy several years ago went to the SEC and gave the Bernie Madoff case to them on a silver platter and they did nothing with it he also was suppose to be putting in information on another ponzi scheme worth about 1 billion dollars this past week. This guy said that Madoff didnot work the scheme alone although thats what Madofff is suppose to of told the authorities and this guy contented that he didnot think it was a 50 billion dollar scam but more like 25 billion.Its been reported in the press that the Madoff swindle could reach and be as much as 60 billion dollars!  

     From what we can get off the internet news the WTO head<(World Trade Organization),is saying that an economic downturn can cause political unrest.And the NATO comander in Afganistan is saying that drug raids are iminate.This is what the wires are reporting and just like alot of people Tinkerbell has to stay as legal as possible this close to WPB where there have been several major scams developed one involving the baack street boys and pyramid schemes where they take the money from investors and don't invest it.One guy Frankel operated with a fleet of airplanes and had a cardinal from the vaticant try and help lie his way out of plundering assets of small insurance companies to pay back from an earlier scam.

    When Tinkerbell try's to understand some of these crock jobs that scam hundreds of millions of dollars and are nationaly and internationaly connected one of the things I find evident is that alot of their time is spent on trying not I repeat not for insurance companies to pay off in securities fraud case's.Which must be some sort of grass roots senerio to tie the stings together in a case.The Back Street boys manger is one example that included airship development in Florida this was found in Bali using Tinkerbells name of Johnson.
