Ok so cool we are publishing! Ok it is October 18th 2014 and we are a little behind in our
airplane codex code it is Saturday the day we like to talk about airplanes and spaceships on our web site, but first yesterday
Friday the 17th of October my friend Mike and I went out to breakfast at the Light-house café in Jupiter Florida and took
a little side trip to West Palm Beach where we went to go see as we have been talking about the history of Air Boy Tibet Inc.
and the Grand Planet Airship Company Inc. If the FBI office was still downtown! Little Tinker went there when he first formed
Air Boy Tibet Inc. with his Federal employees credit union seed money from the VA hospital where he was working at the
time!
Believe it or not it was still there! And Mike who had been telling me he want's
to burn down the cock-roach infested trailer he is renting will think twice before he does anything stupid as I pointed out
the Justice and Treasury Department on the building's inter working map! We could almost not find it as it has been years
since I was last there and even though we did not go up to the offices just in the lobby Tinker had a big grin of pride to
show Mike this interesting part of downtown WPB that only a few people actually know about! We thought that as our spaceship
airplane company could be called a penny stock and penny stocks are notorious for being scams as we order a new minutes book
and stock certificates I kind of thought it my be to our best interest to go and talk to them about it! This and the
fact that the last time I was there I got kicked out of Federal housing for making exactly $1.00 over the cap limit and
then it was not long after that that I was in jail! True Story! This in 1995-1996-1997!
The airplane template codex code for this past week and this weekend is the Martin A-15 which was a re-engine Martin B-10
with Pratt & Whitney engine's. then for October 16th 2014 is the Ryan PT-16 two place mono-plane trainer whci was also
rengined and modified as the PT-22 PT means primary trainer and this was first manufactured as a sport aircraft and only after
America went to war did they really start to produce them in Number something just over 1500 were produced and in the beginning
(Its first flight was 8 June 1934) they built them as trainers for the Dutch in today's Indonesia which was invaded by the
Japanese in the early 1940's some were modified to carry machine guns and used as recon aircraft many were destroyed by the
Japanese and about 34 of them were flown to Australia after the Japanese attack were many are still flying today! T. Claude
Ryan founded the company which was earlier the Ryan airlines and built Lindberg's Spirit of St. Louis a modified mail plane
that flew the Atlantic in 1927! Remember it was in this year that we found that book in the Seattle Public library about a
nuclear spaceship design and it was copyright in 1927 Also that year 1927 in Moscow was the Great Russian Spaceship Exposition
which showed spaceship designs from America's Goddard and others including a moon rocket! the Ryan PT-16 and PT-22 had modified
traing aircraft that had clipped wing and could not take off but taught the pilot trainees how to operate the aircraft on
the ground this idea was used in WW1 and this idea we think there is good reason if we are going to build a giant airplane
spaceship to have several prototypes to use in teaching the crew the in's and out's of operating a big spaceship airplane
and testing the basic mechanics of the design!
The next aircraft codex code
is the PT-17 for October the 17th 2014 which was a two place bi-plane that taught allied fighter pilots acrobatic flying
for transition into combat flying and also we found out this week was designated the PT-27 actually called a Stearman
aircraft the Stearman company became a subsidiary of the Boeing company in 1934 and over 10,000 PT-17 were manufactured at
$11,000 dollars each many of them were declared war surplus and used as crop dusters after the war and are seen at airshows
today!
And also for October 17th 2014 we have the Boeing B-17 flying
fortress which was a four engine aircraft the prototype was called the Model 299 and one of these crashed on takeoff during
testing killing several crew members never the less thousands were built and used in Europe during WW2 at a cost of about
$90,000 dollars for an early model!
The next aircraft is the infamous
Douglas B-18 Bolo which cost about $58,000 each and was a two engine medium bomber designed to replace the Martin B-10 many
of these aircraft were destroyed during Pearl Harbor and Attacks by the Japanese in the Philippines in 1941 lined up next
to one another on the airfield wing tip to wing tip one enemy fighter plane could destroy or damage several on one pass
in strafing attacks! The Bolo was named after a ancient sling shot weapon used in the bible we think in the story of David
and Golieth!
