Ok so cool!, here is a picture of a propeller out of my FAA mechanics manual that can give you
an idea of how many parts make up a propeller consider a siimpler constant speed prop or one that is larger then ever before
or huge size in Christafer Robin(the name of the spaceship), or it may give you a clue as to what the drive shaft and
powerplant may have to look like or have to have to work in the simple dum design formula.
Ok so a giant spaceship airplane with a propeller! At first you'd think that we
were nuts but the propeller is what they call in engineering a,"lever", like a long stick that is used to move a heavy rock.
This," lever", works on smaller aircraft and is quite efficent in pulling the aircraft
down the runway and into the air as it passes what is known as V-1.
If it is possible to build a giant size propeller that can spin at the same
or close to the RPM's of one off of a smaller aircraft. We think it would work very well as an efficent power train to get
a heavy rocket ship into the air at altitude to ignite its orbital engine. This is called an," air launch".
Vertical launch rockets the kind that take off from launch pads here in Florida
burn between a third and a half of their fuel before getting to 10,000 feet and that is in the best senerio for them. Also
in an,"air launch", there is much less vibration that requires less engineering then a vertical launch rocket.
Of looking at all the aircraft with propellers looking at their demensions
and profile's and performance figures. The best aircraft or the one that Tinkerbell perfers is the Messerschmitt BF and ME-109
from WW2 a German fighterplane that first flew in 1935. Tinkerbell likes this aircraft because it was one of the smallest
of the 400 MPH aircraft of the war. And if you wanted to build something into a huge size from something small why not the
smallest of the 400 MPH fighter planes.Never the less it seems as though the design and manufacture purposely done
so or not seems perfect to try and concieve in a large size. in other words looking at its differant varients and proflie
the BF and ME-109 looks like a spaceship when the theorey is explained.
The engineering feat or problem is that the RPM's on a Messerschmitt spun at between 3450 and
5000 RPM's and to build a giant propeller that has that much torque has never been done before.
At this moment Tinkerbell is comtemplateing in his head the design of the propeller and hub
assembly and manufacturing facility in which each of the blades of the propeller are manufactured in a long building with
a roof that opens up and a crane comes in and lifts the blade of the propeller and attaches it to the hub which is situated
on a tower like object and assembled blade by blade. Then tested before installation on the aircraft.
Ok so like Tinkerbell said on this the 9th of October installed in the wing roots
of Christafer Robin and Udets Platform are giant pulse jets which operate optimumly in low and medium altitudes to help
the giant airplane spaceship off the runway and into the air for,"air launch" then these can be interchanged in orbit to Photon
drive engines for deepspace missions with the gravity containers all possible because not only the design of Christafer Robin
but with the addition of the smaller cargo fuel passengers and," gravity containers" as we have come to call them. are what
Tinkerbell as Air boy Tibet's president director came up with in his design concept.
