Ok so cool we are publishing! Well we put a picture of a WW1 training plane that was very popular
after the war the JN-4 Curtiss Jenny! They were used by barnstormers and at airshows all over the 1920's many of them war
surplus! Then we have the Consolidated PBY-5 Catalina flying boat that flew on March 28th 1935 ( March 28th 1979
is the day of the Three mile Island nuclear accident), so Halloween bad omens can relate we think!
The next aircraft is the Grumman F6F Hellcat fighter plane that destroyed more enemy aircraft then any other single design!
Over 12.000 were built at $35,000 USD (1945)!
The thing's related to the price of the aircraft don't always reflect the economic changes to the currency but it is interesting
to see how much it cost the Tax payer to get out of the Depression of the 1930's!
